THỂ LỆ THI BARISTA ( Latte art ) – CUỘC THI BARISTA-VIỆT NAM – 2026-SIAL

Thể thức

1. Thứ tự thí sinh lên thi sẽ được tổ chức rút thăm bởi BTC
2. Thí sinh phải đến trước giờ khai mạc hôi thi ít nhất 30 phút theo qui địnḥ của BTC để đăng ký và kiểm tra tên, chuẩn bị
3. Thí sinh dự thi sẽ măc trang phục nơi làm việc , hoặc trang phục tự chọṇ lịch sự nếu là thí sinh tự do, nghiêm cấm măc quần ngắn.̣
4. Mỗi thí sinh có 10 phút thực hiên phần thi của mình kể từ lúc có hiệ u lệnḥ của BGK .
5. Mổi thí sinh sẽ pha chế tại 1 bàn thi trên sân khấu , nhưng sẽ có 2 bàn thi trên sân khấu được xếp đăt sẵn để cho thí sinh kế tiếp.̣
6. Thí sinh kế tiếp chỉ có tối đa 5 phút để kết thúc phần chuẩn bị xếp đăt trêṇ sân khấu sau khi thí sinh trước chấm dứt và dọn dẹp bàn thi của họ. Bất kỳ môt sự trợ giúp nào từ bên dưới sân khấu vi phạm thể lệ ̣cuôc thi sẽ bị xự̉ lý bởi BTC và BGK cuôc thi.̣
7. Thí sinh được phép mang theo và sử dụng dụng cụ, tách, khăn lau ly,khay..của mình trong lúc thi.
8. Thí sinh sẽ pha chế 02 tách Espresso và 02 tách Latte art ( Free pour ) với thời gian tổng cộng là 10 phút cho BGK nếm .
9. Thí sinh chuẩn bị sữa tươi để pha chế. Cà phê do Ban tổ chức cung cấp

10.Thí sinh đoạt giải sẽ được trao Cúp, giấy chứng nhận, phần thưởng tiềṇ măt giá trị và quà tặng của BTC và nhà tài trợ.̣

11.BTC cuôc thi có toàn quyền xử dụng hình ảnh, video cuộc thi, công thức̣ thức uống trong cuôc thi .̣

BARISTA (Latte Art) COMPETITION RULES

1. The order of contestants will be determined by a draw organized by theOrganizing Committee.
2. Contestants must arrive at least 30 minutes before the competitionbegins to register, have their names checked, and prepare.
3. Contestants must wear work attire, or a polite, self-chosen outfit if theyare independent contestants. Shorts are strictly prohibited.
4. Each contestant has 10 minutes to perform their part of the competitionfrom the moment the judges give the signal.
5. Each contestant will prepare their latte at one table on the stage, buttwo tables will be set up on the stage for the next contestant.
6. The next contestant has a maximum of 5 minutes to complete theirstage setup after the previous contestant has finished and cleared their table. Any assistance from below the stage that violates the competition rules will be dealt with by the Organizing Committee and the Judging Panel.
7. Contestants are allowed to bring and use their own utensils, cups,napkins, trays, etc., during the competition.
8. Contestants will prepare two Espresso and two Latte art (Free pour) drinks within a total time of 10 minutes for the judging panel to taste.
9. Contestants must prepare their own fresh milk. Coffee will be providedby the Organizing Committee.
10. The winning contestant will receive a trophy, certificate, valuablecash prize, and gifts from the Organizing Committee and sponsors.
11. The Organizing Committee has the full right to use images, videos,and drink recipes from the competition.
