Vietnam’s Pham Thi Xuan Hoa Crowned Champion of the 35th Asia-Pacific Cocktail Competition 2026
SINGAPORE — The 35th Asia-Pacific Cocktail Competition (APCC) concluded tonight at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, with Pham Thi Xuan Hoa of the Saigon Bartenders Association (SBA) winning the Champion title. Her signature cocktail, “FORTUITOUS,” earned the Gold Medal, a Certificate of Achievement, and a cash prize of SGD 1,000.
The competition, organized annually by the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) in partnership with the Association of Bartenders & Sommeliers Singapore (ABSS), brought together 12 professional bartenders from 10 countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Philippines, Maldives, Armenia, Iceland, and Australia.
Final Results:
- Champion (Gold): Pham Thi Xuan Hoa — Vietnam (SBA) — “FORTUITOUS” — SGD 1,000
- 1st Runner-up (Silver): Hsieh Chin Yu — Taiwan (BAT) — SGD 500
- 2nd Runner-up (Bronze): Natalia Beaumont — Australia (ABG) — SGD 200
The event was supported by APB Singapore, alfresh, Coca-Cola, Monin, Iceland, Kezi, Brown-Forman, Jack Daniel’s, Diplomático, Ford’s Gin, Herradura, Malt & Wine Asia, Tito’s, ABK6 Cognac, Cocchi, and Disaronno.
The Champion certificate was presented by Mr. Benjamin Tan, President of the Association of Bartenders & Sommeliers Singapore, and Ms. Margaret Heng, Executive Director of the Singapore Hotel Association.
